Who am I ? About me !
My name is Mélanie, and please avoid nicknames like “Mel”, I can’t stand it! Creator of Sweet-nature.fr and now a blogger, I’m a little over thirty, even if ultimately you might not care, and I’m therefore very interested in ecology.
Basically, I am not a blogger, and this title does not necessarily suit me, because it is not my job, nor is it in the future, and I am happy in my current activity. I am simply an amateur who shares her passion or rather her interest for zero waste, ecology and others in this sense, through a few lines on her blog Sweet-nature.fr SO !
How did I get the idea for this blog?
The blog Sweet-nature.fr did not appear on its own, I initially needed a desire, a need and expectations. And to tell the truth, the idea of launching this blog came to me a bit like that, a sort of trigger!
In fact, I was traveling when I thought about Sweet-nature.fr, finally I first and foremost thought while traveling in certain countries that it was very polluted. I realized how dirty humans could be, and how our dear planet was going into a tailspin!
So I told myself that something had to be done! Starting with me, but also trying to train others, and make them aware of all this. So the idea was there, and above all very logical, to speak loud and clear I needed support and so I had the idea of Sweet-Nature.fr !
Why did you choose Sweet-nature.fr?
Honestly, I had no idea what name I was going to give to my blog, and Sweet-nature.fr is a bit of a coincidence.. Initially, I was thinking of calling my blog with a name that included the word zero waste, or ecological, or eco-responsible, something like that.
Then one day while wandering around on I don’t remember which blog, I clicked on the profile of a comment, which referred to this address. I found it very nice, but when I arrived on the page, I realized that it didn’t exist, the site Sweet-nature.fr was not working.
So the idea of using it came to me! I felt like it was a sign or something that I should call my future blog Sweet-nature.fr ! So, it’s a bit of luck and there’s no real history or research to have taken this name.
Why did you make this blog?
Although at my height it was difficult to change things, I told myself that I could still make my contribution, particularly by creating Sweet-nature.fr. I then became interested in the whole world of zero waste, washable and reusable products, in order to improve my daily life but above all by reducing my ecological footprint.
I wanted to share with as many people as possible by creating Sweet-nature.fr. So by trying to share this interest with other people, by introducing them to this universe, but above all trying to raise awareness that we can really change things, and that if everyone gets involved, it can really move!
Because alone in my corner, I participate for sure, but alone, it advances nothing or almost nothing. So if it’s general, well that will really bring something, so I wanted to share on Sweet-nature.fr !

On my blog Sweet-nature.fr therefore, you will essentially find advice, tips and information on everything that directly or indirectly relates to the world of zero waste, eco-responsibility and ecology in general.
I would like to share my experience but also the fruit of my research on Sweet-nature.fr, in order to introduce people to a new way of consuming, thinking and even acting, in other words, by saying what I think, but above all by explaining it.
