One of the most polluting objects on the planet is the plastic bottle! And if some cannot do without it, others want to move towards zero waste and thus far prefer reusable and washable bottles !
Although in reality you can wash and use almost any container as a replacement, I still offer you here an article dedicated to the reusable and washable bottle, with as I was able to do the previous times , a buying guide and a comparison.
Because I know that it is not easy for everyone to look for what is best, or even to know if the price is right, the quality too, etc. In short, not everyone necessarily knows what to choose before buying, especially on the internet!

Why buy a reusable and washable bottle?
This type of bottle, which therefore has an ecological aspect since it replaces disposable bottles, can be used in several cases. Although we cannot yet buy a lot of liquids in bulk (water, milk, fruit juice, and other drinks), it is still possible to reduce waste by opting for larger volumes.
Rather than buying one liter bottles one by one, we prefer 5 to 10L bottles (cans). Which will then be distributed in these famous reusable and washable bottles. In addition to the environmental aspect, this will obviously save you money since buying in bulk is often much cheaper (price per liter).

How to choose the best in this comparison?
This is not necessarily something that requires a lot of research. However, you will still need to check a few points before purchasing one or more. And in my opinion we will mainly focus on two points!!
To make your choice and therefore find the best reusable and washable bottle, we will start by looking at the material. Usually plastic, but glass is just as good. More expensive of course, but more ecological and it lasts longer, on the other hand it is more fragile. Up to you. Second point will be the size or rather the capacity volume. Although the average is around the liter, there are smaller or larger models. The ideal being a batch with several quantities, 1L, 500Ml etc.
Finally, we will still look at the type of closure (screw cap, airtight), whether it is sold individually or in batches, and whether it is dishwasher safe in the case of plastic, for the glass no worries. Price-wise, I’ll let you find what best fits your budget based on expected quality, etc.
How to clean and maintain it?
Depending on the model you choose as mentioned above, you can clean the said reusable bottles simply by putting them in the dishwasher. In the opposite case, cleaning by hand will then have to be done. Consider getting a cleaning brush, such as a baby bottle brush, this will allow you to clean it thoroughly inside.
If used for water, you can simply clean it once a week; however, for milk, fruit juices or other liquids, I recommend more regular cleaning. after each use.
However, remember to rinse them well if you clean them with soap and especially to dry them if you do not use them again straight away. Don’t close the neck either, this will allow it to air out, preventing odors, and it will dry better.
