Why buy a reusable and washable collapsible cup?
Generally used during sporting and outdoor activities, the foldable cup is an accessory of choice! It will allow you to drink quietly during those camping outings, or when you go traveling like explained here.
Rather than carrying either a plastic cup which takes up space, or not taking anything at all which could be restrictive, a foldable cup, which will therefore be space-saving and light, will be very useful to you.
It will be useful to you when having coffee for example, but also to share the content of your water bottle with filter, even to prepare certain dishes like soups, especially at the campsite!
Choice of silicone or stainless steel?
You can find reusable collapsible cups in several materials, including stainless steel! And if stainless steel is more robust/solid I grant you, it is on the other hand heavier, and generally more expensive!
In order to take it on a trip or hike for example, you will need something compact and light, which does not take up space in your backpack, or which does not weigh three tonnes, and silicone is therefore better for this.
Silicone also has the advantage of being able to be microwaved, unlike stainless steel! It is therefore preferable once again, especially if you are making tea or coffee. And in the same way, it radiates less heat outside when you hold it in your hands.

Buying guide: How to choose in this comparison?
Of course, you will have to choose your reusable collapsible cups carefully, regardless of the use! There are less essential criteria such as color or shape, and other more important ones such as size (volume), dimensions and weight when folded, or even the price!
Before buying your cheap reusable collapsible cup online, I invite you to check if the model you choose has a lid, which can be very useful. In the same way, some have a hook (carabiner type) to put it on the back of your bag or on your belt.
You will also need to make sure you know if it can be put in the dishwasher or microwave (if you need it), the number of folds it can do and therefore how it retracts. And especially if folding is easy, just like unfolding!
We will also look at whether it is sold individually or in batches. Once again, I prefer batches, but everyone does what they want, it’s just my opinion! Finally, we will also look at the price, because from one cup to another, it is more or less expensive.
